A message from the founder

Lovejoy Innovative Planning LLC was established on a foundation of radical transparency, honesty, and authenticity — values that are deeply personal and reflect how we operate every day. I started this company to get away from corporate America — the scripts, the quotas, the polish for the sake of polish.

Several years ago, I was in recovery, rebuilding everything from the ground up. That experience shapes how I show up for clients today — I don't hide the hard parts of my own story, and I won't hide the hard parts of yours either.

I'm an Ambassador for BNI's Western North Carolina region, I volunteer as a youth soccer coach, and I play in a local adult league. Showing up for this community isn't a marketing angle — it's just what I do.

My background in skilled labor and outside sales gave me firsthand experience with inconsistent income, seasonal work, and navigating systems that were never explained clearly. That experience shapes how we support our clients today.

We're local and native to Asheville, founded to address a specific need: bringing clarity and structure to local business owners and independent professionals.
